Once an industrial area shaped by factories, workshops, and warehouses, Seongsu now moves with a different rhythm. Old brick buildings and raw concrete structures have been reimagined as cafés, galleries, concept stores, showrooms, and pop-up spaces, creating a landscape where the past and present naturally overlap.
